Timing

I am hoping to do a session on timing and how long it takes us to do things. I have sand timers and stopwatches etc, but need a start to the lesson. Can anyone thing of an interesting way to start the session off?

By the way, does anyone remember tockers? No one i ask seems to have heard of them?!!
