Guest Posted July 30, 2014 Share Posted July 30, 2014 Hi I had a visit from a specialist school worker to advise us about safe manual handling training, risk assessments, equipment etc for a vulnerable child. On her recommendation we have completed a PEEP for this child but she also said that he should be named in our fire policy. Anyone else do this? Just feels wrong when these policies can be viewed by anyone (especally if they were online, which they arent at the moment). What to do for a child with additional needs would be included in their care plan. No names in policies as they should be general.
