AnonyMouse_39602
This is not mine only my ideas which some of our wonderful parents helped create last weekend, they worked their socks off and the children faces were a joy to see on Monday .

AnonyMouse_13453
Fabulous things! That cake was absolutely stunning - haven't wedding cakes evolved gloriously over the last decade or so! I bet the children thought they'd gone to heaven in that fabulous space! Mine would have thoroughly enjoyed that!

AnonyMouse_39602
Spotted these in cosy outdoors £59.99 each so made my own yesterday , cable drums donated , chalkboard paint £11 , found some fluorescent spray paint in cupboard too for the bases Also made stage from a wooden palette covered in weed fabric and fake grass

AnonyMouse_39602
ISp what did you do with the holes or did yours not have any ?
AnonyMouse_23964
We just left the holes but we do find the children post the chalks into them. It's quite entertaining watching the adults trying to shake them out! We have others painted in bright colours and transfers stuck on then varnished. We use them for tables in the mud kitchen. One of staff did them all over the summer break.
AnonyMouse_26037
I feel a little like I hog this thread sometimes but I am a hedgehog and it's nice to share with like minded people! These were my bakes for this year's Christmas fair.
AnonyMouse_13453
My daughter and I made these tipsy wreaths for the Christmas fair. The local hotel saves the corks - we didn't go through all that on our own!
AnonyMouse_26037
They look fab Cait. To be honest I was assuming the corks were just leftover from an FSF party or two at your place!
AnonyMouse_13453
Well there were only enough corks from that to do the large wreath, unfortunately

AnonyMouse_26037
Thank you! I have an idea of doing seasonal variations. I have some lavender from last summer that I could use for summer ones, autumn leaves and a conker or two. I'm struggling to think what I might use for spring though... Any ideas welcome!
