Guest Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 Its the dreaded DT idea again although now the topic is 'black and white' which is a far bit sketchy. Any ideas please please - anyone?
Guest Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 Not sure if this really fits with DT but how about paper weaving. Have a peice of black paper A4 size, fold in half, draw 6 lines evenly spaced (top to bottom of folded sheet) from the fold to about an inch from the edge. Children cut along lines. Open sheet then weave through slits with pre-cut strips ( also cut by the children) of white paper to form a chequered pattern. Change by using white sheet weaved with black strips of paper for similar effect. Peggy
Guest Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 actually that sounds really good as I could paste an image over the weaving to form a calendar. Thank you
