AnonyMouse_2846 Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) We still have an appraisal annually and then that is followed up by 6 weekly supervisions. there was a discussion on here last week about it and someone posted some brilliant peer observations. Also someone said appraisals were required by employment law!
