So- yes it's gone through but the official paperwork is not yet ready - but you do have proof that you have done it? Quote

If online this shows you it's clear and then the person is question will receive the certificate and you will need to ask to see it and make note of number and issue date . If online you will need to verify the identification checks , who are you using ? Quote
