risk assessment for child with cerebral palsy?

Hi. I have care plans, daily checklist, risk assess for activities do I need an actual risk assessment for eg this, asthma, exzcema, nut allergy and other things? What should I be including on it

When I do a search I cannot find such risk assess whichmakes me think do i need one? Any advice?

Hi do you mean this little one has all of thoughs conditions alongside their cerebral palsy. Then they would be within our care plan, snack book, allergy sheet, daily risk assessment sheets.We would also look at our weekly planning to ensure you could limit the risk if any.

Contacting your insurance too if they have a adrenaline device is a must with our insurers PSLA.
