AnonyMouse_37203 Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Advice needed please... I have a member of staff who has a hospital appointment coming up which will leave me one two year old too many for an hour and three quarters. Would this count as limited circumstances? Do you think it would be permissible to use a volunteer as a one off - or should I look for agency cover? What do you think? Quote
AnonyMouse_30128 Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 i'd use a volunteer that way you should be covered depending on the qualifications of your other staff. 1 Quote
AnonyMouse_3735 Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 I would also find a volunteer.. providing it leaves enough qualified staff . Quote
AnonyMouse_19762 Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 I'll second - no, 'third' that! :1b Quote
AnonyMouse_19782 Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Are your twos close to being rising 3's? I think you would be fine with a volunteer. Quote
