Can anyone please explain to me the planning process is nursery? Do you have individual plans for every child and if so how often are these updated? Do you have focus activities that all children have to do in the week with an adult? Settings all work differently with planning these days - generally it seems we tried 'there' way and now adapt it to suit! Are you managing the nursery?
