Lesson observation for Reception teaching post

I have a lesson observation for a reception teaching post this week. I have to teach a 30+ minutes literacy session based on a book of my choice to the whole class to demonstrate my philosophy of teaching ! Although I have been teaching a number of years I taught in the same school for most of that time. I have never had to do anything like this before and frankly I am terrified!! and my mind is blank as to what to do.My confidence is extremely low as I have been for 2 interviews in the last month where I have got to the final 2 but haven't got the job so I just feel as if I'm not good enough! Any advice, support or ideas that anyone can offer would be VERY gratefully received!
