AnonyMouse_39998
I hear on the radio that we are due a heat wave, peaking on Wednesday, do you have a set policy to protect children? I think ours will probably be to stay indoors after a set time of day...which is common sense, and I imagine it depends where you are in the country. AnonyMouse_11396
No set policy, but a huge folder of common sense. Too hot stay indoors and have plenty of water available.

AnonyMouse_1469
we went to poundland and bought a dozen spare hats. We will have paddling pools and the pop up gazebo is always up, even for the barest hint of sunshine. We bought sun screen as well............but indoors over the hottest part of the day and our children will be getting 'watered' very half an hour. I can guarantee that almost none of our children will arrive with hats/cream/water
