Guest Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 My TA has handed in her notice.... When I have recovered sufficiently ( if that's actually possible) I need to appoint a new one ?... Anyone got any good thought provoking and enlightening interview questions I could ask...
AnonyMouse_9650 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Apart from the obvious ones about safeguarding, behaviour management, relevant skill sets etc. I find that these two are sometimes a bit of an eye opener Why should you be selected for this position rather than someone else? What were you hoping that we would ask you but didn’t? 1
AnonyMouse_13453 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Are you going to be able to be on the interview panel?
Guest Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 Sorry for my slow response!... I really hope so... I have been showing them all around so I have a good idea who I would like already...
AnonyMouse_15046 Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 What do you think are the most important principles of the EYFS? What skills do you have that you think would bring the most benefit to our classroom?
AnonyMouse_3307 Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 What have you done that really made a difference to children's learning?
