AnonyMouse_1469
I am currently with talk talk for both internet and telephone supply. I want to change as the 'service' we get is terrible. Who would you recommend...........and cost really matters as we're a very small setting and I don't want to be hog-tied to a big, long contract. Suggestions please? AnonyMouse_13453
I was always very happy with BT at work. They gave us a very good contract -12 months, and it always seemed to work really well.
AnonyMouse_3735
We had issue with Bt as they wanted to charge us as a business... took a lot of negotiating to get them to give it to us at a cost we could afford.
AnonyMouse_1469
we've had a total of 7 weeks of no service from Talk talk, 6 of which was when we had a big storm, so not their fault.................not mine either!........and a recent whole week, plus a couple of days. Absolutely NO refund, deduction, apologies.....nowt. So I just need to get a better deal

AnonyMouse_39602
Narnia you are entitled to a refund as you have paid for a service that you have not received .
AnonyMouse_23964
I use plus.net at home. We have no landline at work. I did speak to BT many months ago about the cost of having one installed but still waiting!!!! I know it will be very expensive.
AnonyMouse_25678
We don't have a landline so use mobile phone (Tesco) and have just bought an internet device with EE, £10 for the 'box' and £20.00 a month contract which can be cancelled at any time.
