Writing Targets For The Foundation Stage

Has anyone's setting or local authority drawn up ability group writing targets for nursery and reception? is anyone willing to share them? or does anyone know of a good website with some?

I have made individual target sheets for each of my children R/Yr1 and have them displayed on a wall in the classroom.I have each childs photo filling half an A5 size paper ,laminate and then in consultation with the child write down what their target will be for the half term eg I want to get better at writing.(date)The targets are up for children and teachers/parents to see......they could be writing,maths pshce whatever.At the end of the half term I have an individual chat with them to see how they and i feel they have done.
