I'm not on the forum so much these days but I couldn't let the season pass without telling you all Happy Christmas, so.....

Happy Christmas everyone.

It isnt always the best time of year for people, some of my family and friends have a new empty seat at the table this year and although losing someone is never easy, this time of year is just plain worse.

I hope that no matter how your year has been you are able to enjoy your Christmas with family and friends, surrounded by fun and laughter, love and understanding.

Wishing you all a fabulously sparkly Happy New Year ::1a ::1a ::1a ::1a ::1a ::1a ::1a :wub:

Well, I'm snotty, wheezy, bunged up and still in my pyjamas but it's Christmas!! I finally finished my school work and sorting of school stuff at some unmentionable hour this morning and have spent the morning 'chilling' before I get dressed and tackle the long list of jobs to get ready for tree decorating at 3pm. Love it!! I shall be thinking of you all! Have a wonderful, peaceful, joyful Christmas, with lots of love Froglet!

I am one of those with a new empty place at the table this year - however I count myself lucky to have had my mum for such a long time and safe in the knowledge that she loved us all very much and would not want us to be sad,,,,,,,we will talk about her (we do all the time) and raise a glass to her too.......

Wishing all my forum friends a wonderful Christmas and thanks for another year of sharing highs and lows and best of all for the laughs along the way ::1a

Same here :( I have lost both parents this year, but like you we will be talking lots about and too them..

Happy Christmas to everyone though. And I'll give a thought to all the other empty chairs of all you fantastic forum buddies.

Oh Cait, I'm thinking I you. My brother and his wife came down from Harrogate yesterday and said they'd seen some of the worst flooding they ever had in that part of the world. Hope you and yours stay safe and it's not too long before you can see you're granddaughter.
