Tapestry Videos upside down!

Hi all

 

Trialling Tapestry but finding that however we try to stop them, if we take a video they load upside down and we are unable to turn them around.

 

If we use the video function on the tablet and then upload separately they are the right way up.

 

We have taken off screen rotation and can see nothing else in the tablet settings to alter.

 

Any ideas please?

Sorry that video isn't being filmed the right way for you.

 

Could you send a message to customer.support@eyfs.info with the contents of the message starting "Version ..." that should be at the bottom of the Tapestry app login screen?

 

That will help me figure out what is going on.
