AnonyMouse_19920
we have a couple of children who have eypp which we need to use. these children love to use the outdoor area and look at bugs etc - however we do not have any resources to support this learning such as microscopes etc., which we thought might encourage them to talk about the things they see as they all need to support with talking etc., we do have magnifying glasses but feel that something like a microscope would make it easier - not sure this makes sense but hope you get the gist!!!!!!! anyway what i would like is anyones ideas on a microscope that is sturdy and robust and will last with the children using it? or any other ideas that will support childrens learning in the outdoor area? AnonyMouse_15046
Our Zoomscope has been used to explore many an object Even sand is fascinating through it. I don't recommend viewing a head louse though. That left me traumatised!https://www.amazon.co.uk/Navir-NAZM-Zoomscope/dp/B00001R3Y2?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0
AnonyMouse_3735
lots of sturdy bug boxes out there... we had this one , plus lots of the smaller boxes that you put a bug in to it we had some called bug magnifier.. once one starts using it they all wanted to join in so needed a fair supply different things so several could use them.
