AnonyMouse_1469 Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 Some while ago, I was diagnosed with, then successfully treated for breast cancer. I made a promise to ask you all ( men too!) to 'check your bits' on the 23rd ofSeptember. But, it occurs to me that some of you will check things at particular times of the month, rather than a day that suits me So, please, mark a day on your calendar, whichever one suits you.................... and check those boobs.............men too ( yes, men CAN get breast cancer).................and men, please check those dangly bits/testicles.......whatever you choose to call them........ I am 8 years beyond diagnosis and currently well. Please do the check, if not fr you, then for those you love. xx 8 Quote
AnonyMouse_3735 Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 (edited) Thanks Narnia, For those with sons teach them while they are young, testicular cancer is very prevalent in14-25yr olds. Our son is now 10 years on and 9 years clear.. so glad we discussed it with him as he was growing up.. Edited September 1, 2016 by Inge 2 Quote
