You'll collaborate closely with all three of us, often as the public face of the nursery and deputising for the Manager.;This job would suit an experienced early years professional who has worked in nurseries for at least two years. You'll probably be a Deputy Manager or Room Leader already and you'll certainly share our passion for early years education. Your skills will include: At least NVQ Level 3 or above. (Montessori training is provided as needed). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of managing a team. A happy and kind disposition. The salary is in line with the best in the sector. The annual leave is 28 days in your first year, and more over time.
