AnonyMouse_60265 Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 I am trying to transfer a child to another setting and have followed the usual process. Unfortunately the new setting are on the new version and we are still on old version and it won't let us transfer! Anyone know if I need to do something different or a way round this? the other setting are obviously keen to get started with him but don't want to lose all the information we have, if they started a new account for him could the two be merged if we manage to transfer it later? thanks Quote
FSFRebecca Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Hello, You need to be on the same version of Tapestry to make a successful transfer. If you send a support ticket in customer.service@eyfs.info and mark it for my attention we can get you migrated promptly - you will need to cancel the transfer (but nothing will be lost) Quote
