Helen Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Parents do need to be active to do this. From your manage relatives tab, set the page filter to show inactive relatives. Then click the cogs at the end of their lines and choose to make them active. From the manage relatives tab again, click the cogs and choose 'reset password' and finally 'send email'. Quote
