AnonyMouse_73 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 Full 'snow' moon and penumbral lunar eclipse this evening. Often these events happen at silly o'clock, but this one begins around 10.30pm, so some of you will still be partying. The penumbra eclipse appears to make the moon sort of silvery on a clear night. Then we have the green new year comet '45p' in the early hours, but you will need a telescope for that one. Happy viewing. 2 Quote
