If he can't see that people 'simply looking' at images shouldn't go to jail, then he probably can't make the link between people supplying photos where there is a perceived audience. In other words, those who view are condoning and supporting this vile trade. yet they shouldn't go to jail? Is this chap going to be in his job for long i wonder?/ Quote
