Baseline Assessments In Nursery

Hi

 

I'm trying to introduce a new baseline assessment in my nursery class which can then be repeated at the end of the year and again at the beginning and end of reception

can anyone give ideas/examples/pro-formas as to what they do?

Any help gratefully recieved

 

P.S I'm quite new to this site and totally addicted already

We use the Durham Flying Start 2 Program (think most Durham schools do)

and find it quite easy to use over the whole foundation stage and even into year 1 for those children still working at this level
