Hi all,

After what seems like hours of watching tutorial videos I thought I'd come and ask you very knowledgeable people about a couple of things!

I am trying to add Summer 15/16 data on for each child, then our Autumn 16/17 and soon Spring 16/17 data...I can't fathom how to do it! I've been onto 'Snapshots', 'Baseline' (to add a baseline for a new child), but can't work out how to add the data for children who have been with us longer (where the Summer 15/16 data is not their baseline assessment). Is it 'Snapshots', 'Summative' and then select the correct period (Summer, Spring etc) and if so, how do I then view that information I have put on? (I *thought* I had added two lots of data for a child, but can't find it anywhere!)

Anyways, probably enough daftness for you all to cope with in one go!

Thanks,

Rachel

Hi Rachel,

That's not a daft question at all! You're right - you do need to go to the summative assessment individual view if you want to add a backdated assessment that isn't the child's baseline.

From there you will be able to choose the child and the term you'd like to see from the drop down boxes (and make sure you select the right year too). If you go through all the terms there you should be able to find your data. If you can't though, please do send in a support ticket :).
