Will you delete my data?

That is NOT true ::1a

 

Tapestry is a paid service and if payment is not made by the expiry date we 'freeze' the account pending payment. The data is safe and sound and as soon as payment is made then the account is unfrozen and your access restored.

 

Remember there are many ways to pay, online, by cheque or BACs. This tutorial will help you for future reference

 

If you ever need to let us know that a payment has been delayed so we can make an account note and allowed continued access for a limited period of time while we wait for funds to arrive, you can always contact us via customer.service@eyfs.info

 

Thanks for getting in touch and do tell all your Tapestry friends that you have busted a myth :lol:
