AnonyMouse_51737
Has anyone been through renting a space of school field and building on the site under a lease - since the introduction in 2004 of disposal of school playing fields? The land we are using is not owned by the LA but a trust, us and school are like rabbits in headlights with the legalities as its not something you do everyday. As ever the gov policy of disposal uses all them English words that don't make sense!
AnonyMouse_1469
If it's owned by a Trust, then you might need to contact The Charity Commission to find out how they would view this??
AnonyMouse_51737
Arh thankyou narnia, its a minefield and i had not realised they had to on charity/company house so with some google research i have found their articles of association and i am more clued up now. I am scouering the disposal of playing field and school land DFE document now to ensure i comply there too - its not a normal occurance for us or school to go through this so its like blind leading the blind. Thank you
