I love Poundland!

I was in Poundland the other day and found some 'superhero' outfits...............in the wedding part of the shop, so I guess they could be stag night items?...........any,I digress. They are BRILLIANT!! The mask ( covers the eyes)..........is very sturdy felt and the cape ( blue) is double thickness, silky fabric. They fit our 4 year olds really well and I had a couple of 7 year olds in who fell in love with them too. They are in small, folded up clear packets,so blink and you might miss them on the shelf. I bought lots of them so we can have a 'create your own superhero ' session, sticking on whatever they like :)

Back in there today and they have reduced loads of their gardening stuff, so i picked up some packs of pebbles (50p each), for small world play...............

I love a bargain :)

I'm loving poundland too now! They had run out of most of the gardening stuff apart from some big rainbow windmills for 50p but eventually managed to find the superhero capes in the boys party area. They also had some lovely acrylic jewels and flowery hairbands in the 'wedding' area. :1b

Morrisons supermarket had all their childrens gardening things being marked down today. Got some little gardening gloves for 40p and the kits that have watering can, fork and trowel in a bag with pockets were £1.40. Green trugs were 75p, lots of other stuff too so worth looking out for....... and I completely forgot the bread I initially went in for in the excitement! :P
