Pensions - or lack of ...

Recommended Posts

I wonder how many of us are actually in the same position I am in with a delayed pension.. 6 years in my case.. with no notice or information sent - we are lucky in that my husbands pensions allowed me to stop work and for us to enjoy doing things without the work pressure as well. but many cannot.. I was not informed of any changes until the ages for pension was 66 and then only through media coverage..

I am asking others to be aware of the campaign to have an interim measure for all those who are affected.. revise the way it has been implemented and not just a full cut off for something we have all paid for.. the families seem to get a lot and the other end seem hidden or forgotten .

It is about a fair transition rather than a sudden stop . Thank you for listening.. I dont often get on my soap box, but this really has me riled..

Yep - same for me Inge - 66 before I get a bean - missed it being 65 by just thirteen days - cheers Mr Cameron

Just as well that I don't want to retire then ::1a

Mr S will start to receive his pension next February (at 65) - but I will still be sending him out to work :P ::1a Did you hear that sound - it was me cracking a whip
