AnonyMouse_5169
Please could some kind person help me out! I am now the chair of our preschool committee. We have a signed 2011 constitution but I am unsure if it has to be re-signed each year at the AGM or just available to view and acknowledged in minutes! Thanks
AnonyMouse_6721
You don't need to re-sign each year. Make sure that the charity commission have it recorded as your latest consitution. and get committee members to read it............................... AnonyMouse_1469
At my old setting, it was signed each year to show that the new committee were aware of it and agreed it
AnonyMouse_13457
We also propose it at every AGM then new officers sign it. LEA have asked for a signed copy as part of the funding agreement. korkycat
AnonyMouse_13453
If you contact the PSLA they will tell you which one they have you registered as using. I was surprised when they didn't have my last Preschool down as using the most recent one, when it had been agreed at each AGM and notified on the Charity Commission Annual Return that they were using the most recent one. Well worth checking.
