AnonyMouse_79327 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 (edited) Hello, I was just wondering if there is a way for parents to be able to see their child's Key Worker on Tapestry? The staff all have a picture on Tapestry and I think it's important the parents can see who their child's Key Worker is and feel more confident to approach them, rather than just a 'name.' Thanks! FSFRebecca Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 What some settings do is make an observation when a child starts with the key person (right at the beginning, when they start, or when the child changes groups) and they attach a photo of themselves and a few details. Details might be such as which shifts they work, which is the best time to arrange a meeting with them and who the buddy key people are. Then if they need to send a reminder to parents (to update All About Me, for example) or confirm a meeting time they do it on this thread. When they export the child's journal or transfer it over they just delete this 'observation' from the record. Does that help? Quote
