Guest Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Printing with REAL fish???? I have an image of putting a fish in paint then dropping it onto paper nad letting it thrash about making a lovely pattern!!!
AnonyMouse_4544 Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Not quite I should say real DEAD fish from the fishmonger not the pet shop
Guest Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 LOL. How does that work in practice? What is the best fish in terms of leaving a good print? I would imagine fish skeletons would be good but don't fancy filleting a fish for hte purpose
AnonyMouse_4544 Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 You could try asking the fishmonger to fillet it but cant say Ive tried. We have used a variety of fish in the past things you can get easily from the supermarket or if you have parents that are anglers. Salmon and trout and sardines give a nice print I like mackerel for observational drawing/painting
AnonyMouse_2776 Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 I got this once from the Internet, but I don't recall where and it doesn't give reference to who created it. therainbowfish.ppt Steve, let me know if it is okay to leave it on the web site or if it creates any problem since it doesn't refer to the source. Okay? Have a nice week !
