AnonyMouse_81268 Posted February 16, 2018 Posted February 16, 2018 Hi does anyone have any sample questions ofsted may ask regarding the care learning and development (education side). Currently putting this together but would value some advice from those whom have recently been through an inspection?
AnonyMouse_23964 Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 (edited) We had inspection before Christmas. The inspector asked about starting points - how we obtained these and how much input from parents. We use an 'I Can' sheet using statements taken from the What To Expect When document. We complete these with parents when they come for children's taster sessions. She spoke to keypersons about the children she had selected, asking them to explain how they organised their planning, observations, implementing next steps and tracking the child's development. She then asked about what happens for children not making expected progress. Edited February 18, 2018 by lsp
FSFRebecca Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Have you looked at our inspection articles in the resources section? They go through this in great detail. Leadership and management articles. Hopefully you will find everything you need there
