I have a deputy manager, then room leaders, then practitioners (official job title is Early Years Practitioner), then assistants for unqualified staff(e.y. assistants). I used to call myself pre school leader now I call myself pre school manager. Used to be Supervisor but we had a Chair who ran her own business and pointed out that I was responsible for the day to day running of the group therefore should be called Manager.
