seem to remember you go to control panel....manage relatives....edit the relative ....change the deleted to active . Can't remember if you need to send a new activation link??!! we had one of ours do this a few weeks ago child was playing with the phone and clicked the wrong thing!!

oh and i sent her a message (on tapestry) to say she was back on and for her to confirm!

Welcome to the forum!!

When a parent accidentally deactivates their account they are unsubscribing from Tapestry. The resubscription process is similar to that of reactivating users, but it does require to whitelist the email address before being able to reactivate them.

This tutorial here explains step by step how you can deal with the resubscription process, but if you have any further questions, please do let us know on customer.service@eyfs.info
