I have learned...….if you help an elderly lady up after she has fallen down the steps at the hairdressers......summon some extra help, do not try and bear all of her weight on your own :(

we used to have to get the MIL's mum up by putting a chair next to her.....no way we could get her up otherwise:( was she ok?

She was, just a bruised hand and of course pretty shaken up - she kept saying "sorry" :(

I have learnt that my second son (31) has had a new tattoo done without saying!   We wondered why he had kept to long sleeves during the summer, obviously something he felt he had to hide!

:Dbeen there with both of mine too:D:D

I have learned check dates when downloading and printing 'bumph' from county - I had, I thought printed off our new 'Provider Agreement' - but no I had printed last years - what a waste of paper and ink

I learned that our new one references ‘f#£@‘ 56 times and I’d probably missed a few :-(
