Part-time Early Years Practitioner Vacancy

To start ASAP

 

We are an outstanding rated pre-school catering for up to 24 children per session aged between 2 years and 5 years.  We have a vacancy for an Early Years Practitioners to join our team.

You would

• Provide the children with a safe, secure and home-like environment.
• Operate a key-worker system and liaise with parents, carers and senior staff.
• Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of this age group.
• Work as part of a highly-motivated and professional team.

 

You must

• Hold a (minimum) Level 2 NVQ Early Years Educator or its previous equivalent (please ask)
• Be comfortable learning to use Tapestry or have knowledge of a similar online learning journal system.
• Be proficient in the execution of the Revised Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Be able to promote good practice and provide first class childcare.

We offer

• Full staff training and development programme.
• Minimum 10 hours per week term time only, may increase during busier terms. (hours for Autumn term 17 per week – 4 mornings 08.45-13.00)
