AnonyMouse_59850
Hi, What are most people doing about photographs on observations with multiple children in them following th eintroduction of GDPR? Our school has decided that we can only include photogrphs of children where no other child can be identified, which means no photos of children sharing books, playing together, collablorating...... Is this what everyone else is doing? Does anyone have any offical advice published on this? Thanks
FSFRebecca
Hello, These are the GDPR resources we produced - you might find they get you thinking about what you actually want / need permission for. At my setting we have permission for group photos but we try and take them in such a way that children's faces are not visible - so from above looking down on an activity or from behind where faces cannot be seen. I hope that helps
