We are seeking to fill a variety of posts to create a new and dynamic nursery team: A Deputy Nursery Manager - full time, permanent £19000 - £21850 (level 3 or above) 2 Qualified Early Years Practitioners, full time (1 permanent and 1 temporary) £17100 - 19950 (level 3 or above) 1 Nursery Assistant, full time (permanent) £15200 - 18411 (level 2 or above) Assistants, part time (casual contract/flexible hours) (qualified and unqualified) We are also looking for Supply staff to cover staff absences and casual caretaker/cleaners. Hours tbc. About us: The Nature Nursery at Flo’s - Nature in Mind, Wellbeing at Heart Flo’s Nature Nursery is a small (24 place) early years nursery setting for children aged 2-5 years. The nursery is part of a new community enterprise called Flo's - The Place in the Park, which was set up to rescue an old children's centre. Nursery staff will be part of Flo's overall team and work in this beautiful new venue. The nursery will be open Monday – Friday 8.15am – 5.30pm for 48 weeks/year and will cater for children aged 2-5 years. We want our nursery to be a home from home, where children will feel calm and settled and spend their day in harmony with other children and their natural surroundings. The children will make good use of the surrounding park and nearby community spaces, e.g. a nearby Forest School area and Oxford's new City Farm.
