We used to do 'in the moment planning' but we are now thinking of going back to planned adult focus etc, so if anyone have any ideas that work well and easily documented I will be very appreciative. There are lots of bits in there that might inspire you - you can download anything and adapt to suit your needs Resource library There is also a forum area about different themes which might be of interest.
