AnonyMouse_5970
Without sounding like a Creme Egg advert... How long do you keep yours? Ta x
AnonyMouse_19782
Tricky, Stargrower - but as this may be your only resource to "prove" someone visited, or did not visit from the local authority etc., i.e with their name and their signature, and date. I would keep it for some time, Probably 3-5 years - or would you consider that excessive. You might be able to scan the document to cd or stick to make life easier on the storage. AnonyMouse_19762
I'm thinking...…...at least 30 years...…..I'm going to need a very big locker in my nursing home! No seriously I would keep from date of last inspection - no idea if that's the right answer - probably not!
AnonyMouse_50818
I can not see any rule of time of keeping these visitors documents. I renew my visitors book every year. If I was ever asked about previous years I would make the point about GDPR and keeping visitors information without consent😬
