FSFRebecca
This useful document from Action for Children and DfE has been recently updated. It might be a useful link for your setting website or Facebook page: https://www.foundationyears.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/what-to-expect-when-1.pdf I have uploaded a copy to the resource area too 1
AnonyMouse_53420
My photocopier is going to go into meltdown! I've just finished printing off the old one to go into our Lending Library. Back to the old shaking machine I go xx
AnonyMouse_53192
I notice that they have removed the specific areas for the youngest children in the 'how you can help me with my learning'- this is good! Other than that- I can see that there are changes to layout and less photos- but not content- is that right? Not sure it is more parent friendly... Thanks for highlighting this- I wasn't aware that it had been updated.
AnonyMouse_62727
I have noticed that there is a child sitting in the 'W' position within the document, this surprises me given the amount of press this has received!! Just me being ultra observant Thanks for highlighting, I like the updated version.

Thanks for highlighting this- I wasn't aware that it had been updated. I was told it was just a updated reprint without any changes. To be honest I've not actually looked at it properly yet, and we don't take the longer age group so perhaps they meant when they said no changes for us ? (and this was our LA adviser )

Thanks for highlighting this- I wasn't aware that it had been updated. Had another look- it is there- I just needed to scroll over further!! Oh well. In which case it is just a rebranded version of the same document. Which is a very useful tool to use with parents
