Converting a trial account into a full Tapestry subscription

In this tutorial we'll talk through how you can convert your trial into a full Tapestry subscription. This will allow you to keep all the data you gathered during your trial.

The first thing you will need to do is log into your Tapestry account and go to 'Subscription and Billing', which can be accessed by clicking your name in the top-right corner.

You then be taken to a sign-in page. Just click to sign-in and you will be taken to your dashboard.

If your trial has expired you will instead be taken to a page with a link to convert your trial (1). Selecting this will allow you to sign into Tapestry Billing without accessing your Tapestry account first, and will lead you to the above page. Otherwise, if you have had less than the maximum four week trial extension allowance you will be able to request an extension for your trial (2).

On your dashboard there should be a section for your 'Packages' which should include your trial (1). If you click the cog icon to the right-hand side of your trial you will be given the option to upgrade to a full package (2).

You will then be asked to choose the package size you require from the drop-down menu (1). This number represents the maximum amount of children's accounts allowed on your subscription. Once you have selected the package you require you can click 'create order' at the bottom-right of the page (2).

Unless you have already topped up your account you should then receive this message and will be directed to a page where you can enter your payment details.

If you then go back to your dashboard you should see the conversion under the 'Transactions' section, marked as 'awaiting payment' (1), and the amount needed to be paid should appear at the top-right of this screen (2).

If you select 'Make Payment' you will be taken back to the payment screen. Here you will be able to select the amount you would like to pay to top up your account (1). This will automatically be set to the total payment due. Below this there is a section where you can fill in your credit or debit card details (2). Finally there is field where you can fill in the email address (or addresses) where you would like the confirmation of your payment to be sent (3). Once you have filled this in, scroll down a click 'Submit Payment' at the bottom of the page.

Once this has been done you will be taken to a screen to confirm your payment has been successful and your trial will automatically be upgraded to a full subscription.
