Jamie Posted May 3, 2019 Posted May 3, 2019 You can add funds to your billing account at any time, even if you don't have any packages awaiting payment. First, you'll need to sign in! You can access your billing account when logged in to Tapestry if you are a manager on the account by clicking on your name (1) and then selecting 'Subscription & Billing' (2). Then click 'Sign-in to Tapestry Billing'. Alternatively you can sign in with your Tapestry details from the billing sign in page at https://billing.tapestryjournal.com.au/. Once you've signed in, click on 'Make a Payment': You'll be told whether there are any payments due (1), but you can still add funds to the account if there are no payments due by clicking here (2) and entering the desired amount. Enter your card details (3), and then choose who who'd like email confirmation of the payment to go to (4). Once you're done, click 'Submit Payment' (5). You should see your successful payment message at the top (1), this will be reflected in your account balance (2) and transaction history (3). That's it!
