length of lease?

Can I ask, for those of you renting premises, how long is your lease for? just wondering what the standard term is.

I don't think there is a standard term really. Our break clause is every three years with the minimum of 2 years notice and our original lease was for 15 years ...but I think these are all different depending on the landlord.

Ours is 10 years with break clause every three.
