AnonyMouse_87858 Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 Good Morning , l am a Centre Director for a Early Learning Centre in Australia , I work for a big company who have a lot of UK trained staff on the board and are constantly introducing practices from the UK . Which is not a bad thing . I am looking for some advice on the Environment rating scales for 3-5 provision . I have used the book along time ago when I worked in the UK . Would anybody like to share if they still use the process? How it works for your service? How did the educators respond to the process? Thank you Fi
AnonyMouse_1027 Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 Hi, I work for an LA and we still use it in some settings - works really well and gives a bsis for an action plan - response from our practitioners is usually good. 1
AnonyMouse_13453 Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 I found it incredibly helpful. A fantastically useful resource for staff meetings at the start of the year, to look at what we had, why we had it, and what might be better. 1 1
