Does the registered provider of Full daycare setting have to work at the nursery ?

Hi can anyone tell me as registered provider of full daycare that I have to work at the provision ???

In terms of Ofsted, if you are the registered provider but not working at the setting you have to have Nominated Person.  This will be person who will talk with and keep Ofsted updated about accidents, incidents etc.  You do have let Ofsted know who the Nominated Person is  there probably is a form.

Still applies.  My Afterschool Manager had to be Nominated Person as she dealt with admin and stuff for Afterschool rather than myself (registered person).

You can always ring Ofsted to check, they are very helpful.
