OlayaTapestrySupport
Please note that the Accidents section can be accessed both via the Care Diary or through its own section. This tutorial goes over how to enable and use the Accidents feature outside the Care Diary. If you are using the Care Diary and would like to learn how to use the accidents section within it, please visit this tutorial here. If you'd like to start using the Care Diary, this other tutorial explains how you can enable it. Also bear in mind that when enabling the Accidents feature you will also have access to the Comments tool. You can learn more about this here. To enable the Accidents feature, you will need to first log in to the browser version of Tapestry (www.tapestryjournal.com) as a manager. Once in your account, click on your profile's drop-down menu on the top-right hand side corner (1) and then go to Control Panel (2) > Features (3). Once in Features, you will find the Accidents feature at the very top. By default, this will be red, indicating it is not enabled on your account yet. To enable it, click on the green enable button to its right. You will see that the Accidents section now features on your top menu. Once enabled, the heading in the Features section appears green, and you will find a shortcut to quickly access the Accident Settings (1) and the Relative Permissions (2) concerning the feature. please note the Relative Permissions option will not appear if Accidents are not enabled for relative, on your Accident settings. When accessing the Accident Settings section you will be able to decide whether you share this feature with relatives or not (1). Note that the accident settings section is shared with the Care Diary settings section, so if you select the first option - enable for use - you will be enabling the whole Care Diary. If you make any changes, remember to Save (2). You can review the settings at any time from Control Panel (1) > Settings (2) > Care Diary (3) > as well as from the Features section. If you access the Relative Permissions section, you will be able to review what relatives can or cannot do regarding an accident. If you wish to change any of the permissions from permitted to not permitted, or vice versa, click on edit (1) by the corresponding permission. You will then be able to change the default for all (2) or apply different permissions to different users (3). Remember to Save (4) any changes. Learn more about relative permissions here. Likewise, you can review the permissions at any point directly from the Features section, or by going to Control Panel (1) > User Permissions (2) > Relatives (3) > Accidents (4). This is how you can enable the Accidents feature outside the Care Diary feature, which might not be applicable for your setting! Once enabled, you can start adding accident forms - learn how to do this here. Go back to Main Tutorials Page
