AnonyMouse_37030 Posted August 19, 2020 Share Posted August 19, 2020 We have a free website run through BT for community groups etc which we have had for years and use regularly...today I get an email telling me they are going to archive it because we arent using it and there is no telephone number, the email return is a "no reply" addie so it just pings back and the "help tickets online system" isnt working presumably because its crashed with others in the same position.....has anyone on here got one of these btck.co.uk websites and had the same thing today? An hour spent searching the website to find a phone number to actually speak to someone, isn’t unheard of! oh and don’t get me started that they think the number zero is an ‘oh’! They’re ideally placed to educate the nation that it’s a number, not a letter, but instead perpetuate this nonsense. I’m glad I’m not just learning the language!
