Existing injury/medication/incidents forms

Hi all,

 

We are just starting to roll out the care diary and love how it is taking us online and keeping the parents informed. I know accidents can be recorded but has anyone managed to use Tapestry for existing injury/medication/incidents forms on there? Are there are any work arounds or are there any plans to work these into the care diary?

Hi Rob,

Thank you for getting in touch with us and for your lovely words!

Although at the moment it is not possible to record existing injuries, accidents that might have happened outside of the setting, and specific medication children might be taking, all three are very good points and they are all under discussion for future feature development. 

I have registered your interest in all three and we will let you know when anything changes  

In the meantime, you can:

• Record existing medication on the children's About Me page.
• Create accident forms for existing injuries and accidents that have happened outside the setting as if you were to add a regular accident form. Within the 'additional information' box you can indicate this is an existing injury or an accident that happened before the child came into the setting's premises. 

Would these workarounds work for you?
